The Annual Assessment Fee established for 2012 by the Board of Directors for Jamestown
Colony Homeowners Association, Inc. is $465.00. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will
be charged an administrative fee of 2.5%. If you pay by E-Check you will be charged a flat
convenience fee of $1.95.
If you have other fees throughout the year, you may still pay through PayPal as you have in the
past. (It is NOT NECESSARY to have a PayPal Account to make a payment, but if you
already have a PayPal account just login using your PayPal credentials) The process is fast,
