The Colonies Neighborhood Center is available for use by all Jamestown
Colony Residents that are paid-up-to-date on their Homeowners
Association Fees and have registered for pool tags with the The
Colonies Center. Pool Tag registration occurs during the month of April
each year and requires completion of a pool registration form along with
photos of each individual family member that intends on using the
facility.

Background: The 15 year use agreement between Jamestown Colony & the Colonies Neighborhood Center is effective from 1/07/1991
until 1/07/2006, authorized by the Jamestown Colony Homeowners Association 1991, Richard Molloy, President. Renewal of contract
for an additional 5 years is AUTOMATIC unless termination of the agreement occurs 60 days prior to the expiration date of 1/07/2006.
Subsequently the contract with the Colonies Neighborhood Center was renewed for an additional 5-year period until 1/7/2011.
Annual Use fees from Jamestown Colony to The Colonies Center occurs semi-annually (1st day of March and the 1st day of May) each in the
amount of approximately $15K which in total account for roughly 27% of our annual budget. Approximately $96.00 out of the $375.00 Annual
assessment per household are used towards The Colonies Neighborhood Center contract.
